Under SLGA regulations, we are given the right to develop our own return policy. We do not accept returns/exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective (as determined by the manufacturer/staff member) or is recalled. If you receive a defective item, or are subject to a recall, please bring the product to the store, ask for a manager, and we will provide an exchange. We are unable to process these exchanges without a receipt and Photo ID.
We provide exchanges in-store only. You can return or exchange a product in-store for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it online. Any product you return or exchange, must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Online order receipt and Photo ID must be provided at time of return/exchange.
Online orders have the option to cancel your order for a refund within a 30 minute time-frame of when the order was placed if it hasn’t been delivered. You will be charged a $5.00 processing fee if the order has been paid but not yet shipped/delivered.
We will refund or exchange any products delivered/shipped in error. We do not issue refunds for any purchases otherwise. If you have any questions, please email us at rosetown@wpstores.ca or ask any of our staff members in store.
